Capacity, conditioning, fragment and viscosity notes support a named equipment selection. They describe the records and trial questions needed for the pulper, tank, clarifier and treatment skid rather than universal operating recipes.
Keep material measurement with its point
For each result, record the material lot, sample, stream location and method. Fresh fruit, dried fruit, water-added prepared material, accepted puree and beverage are different measurement points.
