Make inspection practical

An even layer gives operators a clearer view than a deep moving pile. Feeding, belt speed and working positions are coordinated so fruit can be reached and rejects removed into dedicated containers. The conveyor supplies access and movement; the inspection procedure defines what is accepted.

A steady preparation inlet

Align the conveyor discharge with the next operation and contain the handover. Keep the accepted fruit separate from rejects used in a material record. This belt is a transfer and inspection assembly, rather than an automatic grading or stone-removal machine.

Belt and drive access

Check belt tracking, tension and buildup at return rollers. The drive enclosure and stop controls must remain reachable. Provide cleaning access beneath the belt and around joints as well as from the working surface.
