Keep the formulation visible
The tank receives a measured fruit intermediate and the specified ingredients. Addition order and mixing conditions follow dissolution, dispersion and product-uniformity requirements. Added water belongs in the recipe record instead of being counted as recovered fruit.
Match the vessel to the duty
Top drives and accessible covers form part of the shown arrangement. Internal mixing elements, working volume and any thermal features are selected for the recipe. A prepared-liquid mixing duty has different inlet and discharge needs from whole dried-fruit conditioning.
Clean the ingredient path
Deposits can form at addition openings, covers, internal surfaces and low points. Include the ingredient path and outlet in cleaning. Provide sample access and a defined batch handover before the product enters treatment.
