Separate an already prepared liquid

Centrifugal separation acts on a suitable liquid intermediate. Suspended matter is separated within the rotating bowl arrangement. Liquid outlet and solids discharge follow different handling paths. The feed composition and clarity requirement determine whether this stage belongs in the juice or extract route.

Provide a controlled inlet

Use a steady prepared-liquid supply, with a buffer where justified. Whole fruit and unassessed thick puree have different handling requirements. Plan the solids discharge and account for retained product when measuring the operating result.

Service the rotating assembly

Maintain access to the bowl housing, drive and pipes. Isolation, opening and reassembly follow the machine instructions. Discharge and cleaning arrangements are selected for the material. This centrifugal duty is distinct from extraction and from a membrane-filter cut-off.
