Name the extraction operation and its outlet
A juice or extract enquiry should identify how the liquid is prepared, the material used and the measured outlet. Whole-fruit preparation, extraction and clarification are separate duties. Describe the upstream operation or customer-supplied intermediate before selecting downstream equipment, including added water and any retained solids.
Assess the prepared liquid for clarification
The disc-stack separator receives a liquid suitable for centrifugal solids separation. Record suspended solids, density difference, viscosity, temperature and the desired clarity result. A controlled inlet and a defined solids-rich discharge are essential parts of the arrangement. The external bowl and drive photograph identifies an equipment family, not an extraction mechanism.
Buffer changing supply without losing the product record
An intermittent extraction supply can differ from continuous treatment demand. Select usable tank volume from the measured feed pattern and permitted holding condition. Keep batch identification and product concentration visible where streams are combined, and provide a suitable outlet and transfer path to the next operation.
Separate formulation from fruit extraction
Blending after extraction may add water or ingredients for a selected beverage specification. Those additions belong in a recipe record. They should not be counted as recovered fruit liquid or used to increase the apparent capacity of upstream extraction equipment. State which intermediate is being supplied and which finished product is required.
Request a connected downstream scope
A useful quotation request gives the liquid flow at the named inlet, quality objective, concentration or solids where known, temperature, package and the existing equipment connection. Discuss clarification, blending, treatment and filling as selected operations rather than assuming every juice line needs every machine.
