Separate incoming fresh and dried fruit

Name the delivered material, weighing point and time or batch basis. Do not turn dried-fruit input into fresh-fruit equivalent without a separate material analysis.

Separate water-added material from accepted product and rejects

Conditioned material gains wet mass with water; accepted puree or liquid must be measured after the agreed quality split. Track stone-rich reject, pulper solids and rejected product separately instead of counting them as accepted output.

Distinguish beverage ingredients from equipment duty

Finished beverage contains added water or other ingredients and is not recovered fruit. Clarifier feed, tubular treatment flow and evaporator water-removal rate describe different equipment duties; give stream, units, density where needed and conditions.
