Fresh and dried routes meet at stone control
Fresh fruit moves through washing and inspection from its delivered condition. Dried fruit first needs a measured decision about softening or rehydration water. Both routes meet at a tested stone-control duty before prepared material enters the pulper or a defined liquid extraction path.
Use the map to define each interface
Each equipment duty has an input, output, operating condition and cleaning boundary. Record the washer discharge, inspection conveyor outlet, selected stone-control inlet and pulper feed; the functional map does not require every project to use every module in one order.
Lay out the side streams
Stone-rich reject, pulper fibres and removed liquid need separate collection, inspection access and disposal paths. Keep these routes outside exposed product handling while locating the buffer, treatment and filling equipment.
