After stone control, the two-stage pulper/refiner retains a defined fruit body. Describe skin, fibre and grittiness with samples rather than a subjective smoothness label.
Juice or extract needs a liquid boundary
Define fruit condition, extraction method and any added water before selecting filtration or optional disc-stack clarification for the required liquid quality. Neither separator extracts whole fruit.
Beverage formulation follows a separate recipe
A final beverage includes water and other ingredients beyond the fruit intermediate. Record its recipe, finished mass and package separately from incoming-fruit recovery, then select blending, thermal treatment and filling for that composition.
