Name the concentration boundary

Feed condition and the target product determine the equipment selection. Record incoming intermediate and water removed separately from original fruit input. Concentrate output is not an incoming-fruit capacity or a fresh-to-dried conversion.

Plan the changing product condition

As concentration changes, pumping and heat transfer duties change with it. The selected circulation and discharge paths must accommodate the operating range. Connect the outlet to a suitable buffer, treatment or filling boundary.

Access over the operating run

Vessels, circulation connections and platforms need usable inspection space. Assess deposits and retained product over the intended run and cleaning cycle. Selection establishes the heat-transfer structure, effect arrangement and utility duties.
