Three streams, three checks
Incoming fruit establishes the lot and its condition. Inspect the stone-rich reject for intact and broken stones and carried flesh. Test the product from the same period for the agreed texture or clarity; a clean-looking product alone can hide a poor reject split. The washer and inspection conveyor present fruit before the selected stone-control duty.
Match separation to fruit condition
Size, shape, firmness and any conditioning affect the selected separation action. An alignment-dependent stone remover and a flesh-separation operation have different duties. Check representative fruit and the stone-rich reject before releasing prepared material to the two-stage pulper/refiner.
Keep downstream decisions distinct
Pulp refining, liquid extraction, filtration and formulation define different product boundaries. A disc-stack clarifier treats a suitable prepared liquid, while buffer tanks, tubular thermal treatment and bag-and-drum filling follow the selected product and package. A puree sample alone cannot establish a thermal process or storage life.
