Residence along the belt

The conveyor moves material through the treatment body. Belt travel and conditions in the working zone determine its residence. The discharge condition is assessed with the following preparation equipment, rather than selecting this stage independently from the rest of the line.

Choose the preparation method

Continuous precooking and dried-fruit rehydration in a vessel have different loading, liquid-contact and discharge arrangements. Include the actual water boundary when selecting the route. Position relative to stone removal depends on the preparation equipment and the representative fruit.

Service both conveyor ends

Loading and discharge ends need space for cleaning and inspection of retained material. Heating isolation points must remain accessible. Check belt support and enclosure access after cooling and safe isolation.
