Keep washing water outside conditioning balance
Washing and cleaning service water are not automatically ingredient or conditioning water. Record deliberate water that enters the material and separate drained liquid at the defined boundary.
Weigh one batch including drained material
Use a named batch and comparable inlet and outlet states. Record dry fruit, added water, conditioned material, drained liquid, retained material and sampling before discussing an unallocated difference.
Treat conditioning as a product trial
The dried lot, target product and chosen stone separation determine whether conditioning is needed. Trial the fruit loading, water contact and discharge on representative material; record the actual result rather than adopting a generic recipe.
