Prepare an installation and service-access brief
Record building dimensions, floor and drain positions, utility availability and clearances around the washer, conveyor, pulper chambers and separate drives. Leave a safe removal path for screens, tools and motors before fixing pipework or platforms.
Inspect stone-control tools and pulper screens
Inspect selected stone-control tool wear and alignment, stone-rich reject discharge, pulper screens and seals after cleaning. Replacement and reassembly need an agreed check on prepared material before product is released.
Accept with representative material
Water-only rotation or circulation cannot establish jujube texture or stone integrity. Agree fruit lots, feed basis, conditions, sampling and trial results for the selected machine sequence.
