Choose the fruit body you want to retain

A puree route retains fruit body rather than producing a clarified liquid. Describe the intended texture, visible fibres, particle expectations and use of the product. A cooking ingredient and a drinking-product base can require different screen and handling choices. Start with the accepted product specification before selecting the pulper, transfer path or filler.

Release prepared material to the pulper

Fresh and dried Chinese jujube need different preparation records. Stone control belongs upstream of the two-stage pulper; inspect the selected separation result on representative fruit before releasing the material. The pulper separates and refines prepared fruit body through selected screens, with skin and fibre rejects collected on a separate path.

Keep the product moving between operations

A buffer accommodates the actual upstream feed pattern and downstream demand. Deaeration can be selected for air loading and foaming behaviour. Pump and pipe selection depends on measured viscosity, temperature, particles and the suction arrangement. Keep working volume and the allowed product hold condition distinct from vessel shell capacity.

Connect treatment and the bulk package

The tubular treatment skid and aseptic bag/drum filler must receive a defined product flow. Discuss particles, deposits, filling behaviour, bag fitment and operating interruptions together. Treatment validation follows the actual product and package; a machine photograph or screen aperture does not establish a finished-product safety or storage-life result.

Send a useful puree enquiry

Name Chinese jujube, the fresh or dried input, your existing preparation equipment and intended puree application. State incoming-fruit quantity separately from accepted puree flow. Include any measured texture or viscosity information and bulk-package choice. If these values are still unknown, describe the target and the representative lot available for a selection trial.
