From bath to working height
The bath receives the fruit while the washing circuit loosens surface material. The inclined belt carries fruit out of the wet section toward the upper transfer point. Matching bath loading and belt feed limits accumulation at the pickup. Fruit presentation and damage are assessed together when selecting the handling conditions.
Water and discharge connections
Provide separate routes for makeup water, discharged wash liquid and debris. Align the elevated outlet with inspection or preparation equipment without an uncontrolled drop. The raised platform needs safe access after the connected machines and pipes are installed.
Wet-conveyor maintenance
Cleaning includes bath low points, belt return, retaining edges and the transfer area. Isolate the belt before checking tracking, tension and guards. Exposed belt and bath surfaces require direct cleaning access; closed-pipe CIP does not clean the whole conveyor.
