A controlled reduced-pressure stage
The vessel and vacuum circuit provide conditions for entrained air to leave the product. Steady feeding and level control support the intended exposure and discharge. Foaming products need assessment so that material stays out of the vacuum service circuit.
Coordinate the pressure boundaries
The inlet arrangement must supply product under the required conditions. The following pump or treatment machine receives material at a defined outlet state. Connecting these flow and pressure boundaries is part of selecting the complete unit.
Vessel and service access
Sight ports support observation of the vessel condition. Contact surfaces, drain points and connected collection sections need cleaning access. Check seals and service connections as part of maintaining the vacuum boundary.
