The incoming material sets the preparation route

Fresh Chinese jujube, dried Chinese jujube and an existing prepared base enter at different points. Keep receiving and preparation equipment separate from the downstream product duty.

Pulp and puree equipment

The combined pulper/refiner develops the selected fruit body from prepared material. Buffering, air management, thermal treatment and bulk filling complete the chosen downstream arrangement.

A defined juice or extract route

Prepare the liquid using the selected front-end operation, then select clarification, mixing, treatment and bulk handling for the actual feed. Added water and ingredients remain explicit in the product record.
