Original English News on Chinese jujube raw material, dried-fruit conditioning, stone traceability and jujube juice fermentation research. Dated 28 October 2026.
Four editorial notes for teams planning a Chinese jujube line. Each article names its source basis and keeps research, material records and equipment scope separate.
Chinese jujube, date palm and Indian jujube are different materials. Record the actual fresh, dried or conditioned feed before selecting washing, stone control or pulping equipment.
A dried-jujube conditioning trial should record the dry-fruit basis, water, contact conditions, destoner feed and reject, and the pulp specification the next machine must meet.
Stone checks are not a final visual inspection. Link the incoming jujube lot, conditioning record, stone-control settings, reject inspection and product release evidence in one batch trail.
A 2025 research paper on fermented jujube juice with treated cultures is not an industrial line design. Separate the experimental process from conventional preparation, extraction and thermal treatment.

EDITORIAL NOTE
How to read this News section.
These are editorial analyses, not equipment guarantees or project case studies. Each article names its source basis, keeps research separate from installed machinery, and links back to the relevant jujube line or equipment decision.
Where a source is a general processing text or a research abstract, the article uses it for bounded context only. Product trials, process validation and commercial terms remain project-specific.
