Define juice, extract or formulated drink

Name whether the intended intermediate is juice, water-assisted extract or a drink made from a jujube ingredient. Identify the fruit, added water and intended composition; a machine name alone does not define the finished product.

Compare extraction and liquid separation

Define the upstream fruit-to-liquid extraction step, then assess solids, clarity and retained material before choosing coarse separation, optional disc-stack clarification or filtration. Direct pressing is not assumed for every fresh or dried lot.

Keep beverage formulation a separate output

A formulated beverage adds water or other ingredients after the fruit intermediate. Record the final recipe, ingredient masses and finished product apart from fruit recovery and accepted extract. Match thermal treatment and filling to that finished composition.

From fruit to a prepared liquid

Identify the actual preparation and extraction operation before the inlet of this liquid-handling package. Record any added water and separated solids. Fresh-fruit pressing, water-assisted extraction and beverage formulation have different equipment and product boundaries.

Choose the separation task

Coarse solids removal, centrifugal clarification and filtration are distinct operations. A disc-stack clarifier can treat a suitable prepared liquid; its feed limits and clarity objective are assessed together. Any separate filter housing or medium belongs in the actual selected equipment scope.
