Two working stages
The upper and lower housings have separate drives. A first pulping separation is followed by the selected refining stage. Working contact moves fruit material through perforated screens while retained material follows a separate outlet. Screen selection is considered with feed condition and the required fruit body.
Connect product and reject paths
Locate the prepared-material inlet at a controlled feed point. Stone-control acceptance belongs before material is released into this duty. Provide accessible product collection and reject removal. Comparing both streams from the same period is more useful than judging only the appearance of the pulp.
Open, inspect and reassemble
Allow room around chamber covers and connections for safe opening. Inspect screens, seals and contact surfaces after cleaning; wear and trapped fibres change separation behavior. Screen aperture is a setting, not a guaranteed maximum hard-fragment size or finished-product particle result.
