Record fresh fruit firmness and incoming mass
Document the delivered lot’s size, shape, maturity, storage history, damage, firmness and incoming fresh-fruit mass. The bath washer and inspection conveyor present fruit before the chosen stone-control sequence.
Trial the selected stone separation
Fruit presentation or opening depends on the chosen mechanism and product. Test stone integrity, flesh carried with reject and hard fragments on representative fruit in the separation trial; do not assume crushing whole fruit preserves the stone. Release the prepared outlet to the pulper only after the agreed check.
Choose puree or a defined juice/extract outlet
Puree requires a texture and hard-fragment result from the two-stage pulper. Juice or extract requires an identified liquid extraction operation and quality objective. Match either path to its actual transfer, thermal and packaging boundary.
Preparation at the machine inlet
Fruit size, firmness and skin condition determine handling and presentation. Arrange the selected stone-separation equipment before releasing material to the pulper or extraction operation. A continuous precooking unit belongs only where the chosen preparation route calls for it.
