Present the fruit

Size, shape, firmness and any conditioning determine how fruit enters the selected stone-separation step. The upstream inspection conveyor supports visual checks and removal of unsuitable fruit.

Separate stone and flesh

Specify the actual stone-control method for the lot, with distinct prepared-material and stone-rich reject outlets. Retain access to inspect intact and broken stones and flesh carried into reject.

Release to the pulper

Sample product and reject streams from the same trial period. Only material meeting the agreed hard-fragment check is released to the two-stage pulper/refiner or the defined liquid-preparation operation.
