Choose the material and product branch first

Name the fresh, dried or prepared material, the desired puree, extract or treated base, and the weighing point. A dried-fruit feed rate differs from water-added conditioned material; a pulper output differs from a clarified liquid. The branch determines the machine inlet and product boundary.

Make a trial answer the purchasing question

Representative lots should cover the expected fruit range. At selected stone control and two-stage pulping, record stone integrity, hard-fragment result, retained flesh and texture with agreed sampling methods. A suitable liquid trial separately checks extract condition and whether the disc-stack clarifier fits.

Compare the complete supply scope

Compare the pulper, tanks, thermal skid or filler together with feed regulation, residue removal, utilities, cleaning access and downstream interfaces. An isolated machine price and a connected line price can describe different boundaries; list customer-side duties and acceptance points.
