Assign every supply and acceptance boundary

Receiving, stone control, pulping, ingredient dosing, treatment, packaging and site utilities may have different responsible parties. Name who designs, supplies and accepts the washer outlet, prepared-feed inlet, buffer tank, thermal skid and bag-and-drum filler interface.

Draw product and reject paths together

Product pipework, stone-rich reject, pulper fibres, wash water, removed liquid, fruit access and operator service space all belong on the layout. Keep reject and waste routes away from exposed product handling and leave room to remove pulper screens.

Coordinate levels, flow and stops

Set buffer-tank levels, pump suction, pressure, flow and stop/start behaviour across machines. Define what happens when the upstream stone-control or pulper feed stops while the tubular treatment skid is running, and which held product requires separate inspection after interruption.
