Find where residue can remain
Inspect washer bath and belt returns, pulper feed pockets and screens, tank outlets, pipe low points and reject discharge valves. Wet residues can remain outside the main product outlet, including the stone-rich and fibrous reject paths.
Match cleaning access to each surface
Open washer, conveyor and pulper parts require safe opening, inspection and reassembly. The CIP skid reaches only named closed product circuits through tanks, pumps and return pipework. Document contact materials, access and verification for the selected machine.
Validate cleaning for the product and run
Dried-fruit extract, thick puree and formulated drink can leave different deposits during the intended run. Establish cleaning conditions on the installed product-contact paths, including the tubular thermal skid and filler connection, using the actual product and inspection result.
